Terms of Service Agreement

Terms of Service Agreement:

Payments Projects under $100 require full payment. Projects over $100 ($101) require a 50% deposit and the other 50% upon the completion of your project. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once the project begins. All retainers require full payment.

A Lasting Impression also accepts PayPal, Cash App and Checks. We DO NOT accept money orders. A 4% processing fee will be applied for all payments (2% at deposit and 2% at final balance). All clients will receive an invoice from A Lasting Impression, LLC. Project will begin once payment is fully processed. Final balance payment must be made BEFORE final files are sent via email.

Revisions You will receive 3 revisions free, each additional revision after that will be a charge of $25.

Where are you located?
We are located in the Middle Township section of Cape May County, NJ. The majority of our clientele are nationwide. We are able to work virtually by communicating via web, email & phone.

Is there a cost to expedite a project?
Most projects may be completed within a 4-7 business day turnaround. An additional 50% Fee will be charged to clients that request their project to be completed within less than 48 hours. If it is not possible due to our current workload, we will inform you the before fee is assessed.

Quotes
Price quotes are only good for seven (7) calendar days. A Lasting Impression, LLC is not responsible for any pricing changes that may occur after the quote expires.

What Materials Can I Submit? All materials (logos, text, images, media, information, etc.) are required before your project in placed in the setup process.
Electronic files may be delivered in the following format(s): Email, Word documents, PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, cell phone photos will not be accepted. The files are to be sent to Nathan@aLastingimpression.org

To ensure that all images are reflected in the best manner, images must be sent in high quality resolution. Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor quality print. A Lasting Impression, LLC will not be held responsible, and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images. All text supplied must be typed. (DOC, TXT, or Email). Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee. If a specific image is desired, but no high-resolution image has been supplied by the client, a $100 fee may be assessed.

Will I be able to proof before finalizing my project?
Before sending to print, all clients will have the opportunity to review and proofread each project with a company watermark to ensure accuracy. Once the job receives approval for print, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE. We are not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after your last approval. If additional revisions are necessary after finalization, a fee of $25 will be assessed during final payment. Please note, please under no circumstance use any sample proof/rough drafts of any graphic design project. The design proofs are for viewing and selection ONLY.

Portfolio unless notified in writing, via E-mail (Nathan@aLastingimpression.org) A Lasting Impression Creative Productions and Media, LLC reserves the right to post completed and approved projects on social media for portfolio. A Lasting Impression, LLC may tag the client in the post for promotion purposes only.
